A gentle grounding exercise for safety, choice, and the presence of Jesus

Take a few quiet minutes to settle your body, breathe, and remember that you are not alone.

This free video is for women walking through Christ-centered trauma recovery, especially when shame, fear, or spiritual wounds make it hard to feel safe with God, yourself, or your body.

Welcome

I’m so glad you’re here.

You do not have to rush through this. You do not have to force yourself to feel calm. You are allowed to move slowly, pause when you need to, and choose what feels supportive for your body today.

Jesus is gentle with the wounded. This time is meant to help you practice receiving that gentleness in a simple, embodied way.

Before you begin

Find a place where you can sit comfortably and feel supported.

In this video, you’ll be guided through a simple grounding practice focused on safety, choice, and the nearness of Jesus.

If anything feels overwhelming, you can pause the video, open your eyes, look around the room, or stop completely. You are not doing anything wrong. Your pace matters.

Closing Note

When the video ends, take a moment to notice what feels even a little more steady.

Healing does not have to happen all at once. Small moments of safety matter. Gentle choices matter. Letting Jesus meet you with compassion matters.

You are deeply seen, and you are not alone.
